PixelWhen? is an AI-powered photo forensics application that analyzes photos to estimate when they were taken, where they were taken, and who appears in them. The Service provides probabilistic estimates based on machine learning models and should not be considered definitive proof.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Registration: You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your Photos: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Restrictions: You agree not to upload content that:

Your Content: As stated above, you retain ownership of your photos. However, anonymous, aggregated data derived from user content may be used to improve our models.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No Guarantees: The Service provides estimates and probabilities, not definitive answers. The AI analysis may be incorrect. Do not rely on the Service for critical decisions without independent verification.

Accuracy Disclaimer: We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the analysis provided by the Service.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelWhen? shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Free Tier: The Service offers a free tier with limited features.

Paid Subscriptions: Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
